 PNR_Header

Description

PNR header data. It is made up of at least two lines containing information on the office which is responsible for the PNR. Can also include queue header, tag lines and PNR retrieval options.

Field Descriptions


Field Description
RPLineID String (2 characters maximum).
Code indicating that the header line is the "responsible office" line. The code is RP.
AgentID String (4 characters maximum).
Agent Identification. Includes the agent's initials and duty code.
ResponsibleOfficeID String (9 characters maximum).
Responsible office id.
QueuingOfficeID String (9 characters maximum).
Queuing office id.
OAQueuingCityCode String (9 characters maximum).
OA queuing city code.
AgentCategory String (10 characters maximum).
Agency category.
CreationOfficeID String (9 characters maximum).
Creation office id.

QueueCategoryName String (16 characters maximum).
Queue category name.
QueueDateRange String (1 character maximum).
Queue date range.

QueueCycleComplete String (10 characters maximum).
Queue cycle complete indicator. Means that the active PNR is at the end of the queue.
QueueType String (3 characters maximum).
Used to indicate the Queue type.

NumOfQueueItems String (15 characters maximum).
Number of remaining items in queue.
QueueItemType String (3 characters maximum).
Code indicating the type of items queue.
For a list of valid options, see PNR_Queue_Type codes.
TemporaryTagLine String (199 characters maximum).
Temporary tag line. Contains a label or tag to indicate a special condition such as ASSOCIATED PNR or REPLICATED PNR, etc. This tag does not appear after the PNR is filed.
TagLine String (200 characters maximum).
Tag line. Contains a label to indicate a special condition within the PNR. The line can contain more than one label.

Common Usage Common usage is specified in some descriptions to indicate the length of a field as it is used within the travel industry. For example, the maximum length specified for FROMCITY is 10, however the Common Usage Length is 3 (e.g MIA for MIAMI)
