freetextDetail	Field Type = Node. Repetition = 1. free text details.
subjectQualifier	Field Type = Data Element. AlphaNumeric, minlen=1, maxlen=3, repetition=1. Identifies whether the free text is coded or not coded 3 for Literal text. For a list of valid codes, see codeset subjectQualifier.
type	Field Type = Data Element. AlphaNumeric, minlen=1, maxlen=4, repetition=1. 1. AP element: 2. AQ element: 3. OS element. For a list of valid codes, see codeset type.
